What do you show your children when you decide your marriage has to end? Kate is joined by Buzzy Randall, a hospitality consultant, to talk about how she chose to model strength, honesty and self-worth for her daughters throughout her divorce.

We talk about:

  • Why being a role model to your children throughout your relationship and separation matters
  • Showing up honestly for your kids, including the moments you don't have it all together
  • The shame and stigma that can surround divorce, especially when infidelity's involved
  • Why having someone else who's been through something similar can make all the difference
  • Rebuilding your self-identity, confidence and ability to make decisions for yourself

⚠️ Trigger warning: this episode touches on infidelity and the emotional impact of divorce and separation.

This episode is for anyone thinking about what their separation is teaching their children.
