They go on to talk about how Wills are impacted by different types of relationships including cohabitation, marriage and civil partnerships. What becomes clear is the importance of having a Will, particularly if you’re in a cohabiting relationship. They also discuss blended families and estate planning, as well as when you should seek specialist advice from a tax expert.
